Standard Wedding Officiant Review

My standard wedding officiant services are reasonably priced and are ideal for couples who would like a customized and personalized wedding ceremony that will be remembered forever. Couples who choose this service generally expect to have a fair number of family and friends in attendance who will witness their wedding ceremony. They may also be interested in personally controlling some or all aspects of the actual ceremony and may be planning on getting married outside of the immediate Twin Cities area.

How It Works

Once you have reserved your date to have me officiate your wedding, I will be in contact with you regularly to plan your ceremony. I have a number of different wedding ceremonies available that can be used as a starting point, but rest assured that your ceremony can and will be as customized and personalized as you would like it to be.

Please remember that you will need to have your marriage license with you on your wedding date and that you’ll need to have two witnesses present who will be required to sign your marriage license. You can obtain a marriage license at any county Registrar throughout the state.

I am happy to perform my standard wedding officiant services at any location within the included service area shown on this page. For an additional fee, I am happy to travel to any location outside of this area. If you’d like some location recommendations, I’d be happy to provide you with a number of places to consider where I have had the pleasure of officiating weddings for past clients.

When your wedding date arrives, I will meet you at your location in advance of your ceremony to ensure that everything is in order. I am also available to attend a rehearsal prior to your wedding date if you so desire. Generally, I like to have all parties sign the marriage license prior to the wedding ceremony because this allows the newlyweds to begin celebrating with family and friends right away. I will then deliver your marriage license directly to the County Clerk of the county in which your marriage took place.

Justice of the Peace Review

My Justice of the Peace services are ideal for couples who are planning to wed in the immediate Twin Cities area and are looking for an affordable marriage option. Generally speaking, couples who choose this service are usually interested in getting married privately with a reception to follow either on the same day or at a later date. Another reason why couples often choose this service is so that they can focus more of their wedding budget on other aspects of their special day. This service is also ideal for couples needing to be married quickly for legal reasons or for insurance purposes.

How It Works

After reserving your wedding date, I will be in contact with you to discuss the signing of your marriage license, which you’ll need to obtain beforehand at any county Registrar throughout the state. I’m happy to perform my Justice of the Peace services at any location within the included service area shown on this page. If you’d like to have your marriage license signed outside of this area, please note that a mileage fee may apply, which I’ll discuss with you during the process of reserving your date. If you’re having trouble thinking of a location, I’m happy to open my home to you or provide you with a few recommendations.

On your actual wedding date, I will meet you and your two witnesses who are required to be present to sign your marriage license, at the location that you selected. All parties will sign the marriage license and I will then be responsible for filing your marriage license with the County Clerk in the county in which the signing of your marriage license took place.

Premium Wedding Officiant Review

My premium wedding officiant services are ideal for both traditional and modern couples who would like their ceremony to play a central role on their wedding day. Couples who choose this service are usually planning a sizable wedding that follows a traditional format. For example, most couples who choose this service are planning a rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and complete wedding festivities on their special day. Couples who choose this service are usually interested in replicating a traditional wedding ceremony without the awkwardness that is sometimes present when using a traditional wedding officiant. Couples choosing this service may also be looking for assistance with the coordination of their wedding day.

How It Works

Once your wedding date has been reserved, I will work closely with you to not only plan your wedding ceremony, but to help you with any other aspects of your wedding day that you’d like me to assist you with. With regards to your wedding ceremony, I have several different ceremonies to choose from that can be used to model your own ceremony after. As always, I will strive to personalize your wedding ceremony as best as possible, but you are more than welcome to customize any or all aspects of your ceremony as you see fit.

Please note that you must secure your marriage license, which can be done at any county Registrar throughout the state, prior to the day of your wedding. You must then have your marriage license with you on your wedding day so that all parties can sign it. Two witnesses must be present to sign the marriage license in addition to the bride and groom as well as myself.

I am happy to perform my premium wedding officiant services at any location within the included service area shown on this page. For an additional fee, I am happy to travel to any location outside of this area.

On your wedding day, I will arrive at your location at a mutually agreed upon time to ensure that everything is in order. I am more than happy to assist with coordination efforts or anything else that you’d like. Prior to the ceremony, I will have all parties sign the marriage license, which allows the bride and groom to immediately celebrate with family and friends after the ceremony takes place. I will then be responsible for filing your marriage license with the County Clerk for the county in which your marriage took place.
